Welcome to Riot & Danger Collective, where innovation meets empathy. Founded in 2022 by a passionate teacher and a dedicated mental health nurse, our story began with a shared frustration towards systems that fail the very people they are meant to serve. We witnessed firsthand how adult education and mental health support were often hindered by rigid processes and impersonal policies. That's why we decided to create something different — something that truly values human-centered organizations.
At Riot & Danger Collective, we strive to help small organizations work in ways that are more honest, more human, and ultimately more effective. Our approach is grounded in practical strategy, creative strategies, and values-led support.
